In the Middle East rages a dreadful war where chaos reigns and where many parties are active. Almost all parties have hidden agendas, war is probably getting more intense and confusing, so a long-lasting stable peace is still far away.

Meanwhile it has become clear that the war in Iraq, telling continual lies orchestrated by Bush.Jr and associates (Blair and Cheeney have publicly admitted that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq), so it was an illegal war,and those how are responsible should actual stand for an American court and justice most speak over them.That Saddam Hussein was a bad guy, is another question, because there are a lot of bad guys running around.

So there were other reasons which I can not elaborate on going, but what I would like to mention is that President George Bush did it for the Iraqi people, to free them from the dictator and while the bombing took place, were the oil fields as a first protected and not the population. After the war ended, America and there Western Allies left the Iraqis to their fate and did nothing, or too little for the senior officers (now IS leaders) and old soldiers, who had important positions in Saddam Hussein's regime, which now were unemployed, had no money, just like the Population of Iraq.. In that vacuum and chaos that America and its Western allies left behind, IS could be big.

However, the real conductors of all misery hardly come into the picture, the shadow government, emerging from behind the curtain, the strings in a firm grip, the 1% Richest, Rothschild and his gang, where greed power is idolized in EXTREME. Megalomaniac people who probably also think that they are chosen by God. Unfortunately, these people too long may go their way and they are so extremely rich and with so much power that relationships have grow completely crooked. STOP THE SELFISHNESS OFGREED.

Now there are millions of war refugees adrift direction Europa.By my knowledge capture outside Lebanon and Palestine, only Canada and Europe, the war refugees. Why not in America, or the surrounding rich Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia (which has an empty tent camp for pilgrims where one million people can be accommodated), Kuwait, Qatar?

We need to help war refugees, that's normal and also our human duty, but there are also many economic refugees along. Spoken by 60% economic refugees, mostly young men, oldest sons of disadvantaged families with little education, and also somewhat spoiled by their status. With much testosterone in their blood and little respect for Western society cause those people a lot of misery, which does much harm, for the well-meaning Muslims and cause much hate by the right nationalists, Nazi scum and other radicals.

Also there are some radical Imans using inflammatory language and abhor the free Western society and call their followers up against the free world, with the intent to Islamize Europe. The majority of Muslims are peace-loving and fled violence and war. Verdict man/woman for what he/she does and not what he / she believes or what colour he/she has.

Unfortunately in Europe values fade away and degradation increases. The frustrated citizen reacts off on minorities, refugees, politics,everything and everyone, afraid for their jobs, afraid for their future and governs fear and hatred. A survival mechanism based on fear, ignorance, intolerance. Understandable because ordinary human being abandoned by their governments, which are governed again by the true leaders of the world elite.

It allows a large fraction of top income and top wealth groups to pay negligible tax rates, while the rest of us pay large taxes in order to finance the public goods and services (education, health, infrastructures) that are indispensable for the development process.”

In Europe, problems already started, a prelude to what's coming. By division, incitement, polarization,populism hatred, disrespect for free values, testosterone-supporting young North African men, who steal, assault and rape, (but again nuance, not generalize) are groups opposed.

A crucible for a civil war, first between Europeans and Muslims. Banks are closing no money.no eat. Chaos, anarchy,violence everywhere the right of the strongest take over the streets of Europe.

Again Europe is burning and remains in complete anarchy, confused, hungry, But America come,with there shadowgovernment saving Europa. Most Europeans will be grateful and willing to come to the world elite in their demands against needs. Their demands among others; One World Leader, One Religion (their Religion), a total state control, with chips inplant. There will be no freedom, no democracy. If you do not comply, you will be locked up in large factory-prisons, free roof, eat, work. More different ones are classified as a terrorist and fired, killing legal.

A big uncertainty. What will Russia, China and North Korea do?

Rothschild is not happy with Putin.

All extremism, is reprehensible and must be arrested and punished.

It is time for global resistance, a peaceful movement, where love reigns and where leaders really lead and not let the people suffer, as always happened in the past.The eternal deception most stop.

Holy books are abused (in the early days and still) in favor of the powerfull people in charge and therefore the real truths are deprived populations and twisted. And in lies and deception there is no truth. When wise, honest, righteous people,all theologians,arabists and scientists to explore the new and actual truths of the Sacred Books and to reveal. It is time for transparency, fairness, justice, development of the inner man. It is time that the economy is at the service of humanity not humanity is at the service of the economy.

We are only travelers and mortals and its our Sacred Duty and moral obligation to protect Mother Earth and our Children and Grandchildren and leave a secure, loving planet behind.

When I first discovered meditation, I didn't have a clue and suffered very badly from "Monkey Mind" when the thoughts are like monkeys jumping from tree to tree. It was on a retreat (one that probably saved my life) and I was also told to "just go like a leaf in the wind" I was like, "What! How will I ever get anything done???". Now, meditation is something I can do in 60 seconds throughout the day whenever I need to find balance. It's amazing. I start the day with my children and we all say "Thank you" out loud seven times. It's always a great day when we start like that. I too run a business and now, when things go "wrong" I just smile knowing that everything is exactly as it's meant to be and that everything really will work out OK, however bad things look. I actually smile in the face of adversity, which is something I could never do just a few short years ago. Wonderful post Simon. Thank you x

Some great stuff in there...

- yes to juggling skills and productivity aids

- yes to knowing what is important

- yes to meditation and taking care of yourself

But here's a BIG tip. The thing that underpins it ALL to sorting out your work/life balance is knowing and acting in harmony with your Core Values.

You can be Super Woman or Super Man and the best juggler in the world, but there will always be conflict between 'work' and 'life' if there are disjointed values between the two camps.

When the values in your work life and home life are synchronised... that's when there is 'flow' and harmony.
